New 1911 owner here and have some questions. im looking to replace the plastic trigger on my LTC .45 will any standard 1911 trigger work these? what about other parts? the only thing I have read is that the sight dovetails are cut weird and its hard to find after market sights for them. I have read you should replace the recoil spring on these 4" pistol every 500 rounds, what would be a good replacement for them? this is my first 1911 and im already looking for another one

I believe that any 1911 trigger and most other parts should work. Evolution Gun Works would be a good resource to contact, as I believe they are the OEM for  a lot of current production Para parts. The sight dovetails should be as follows:

Para fixed sights dovetail dimensions
Rear Sight Dovetail on all models is Standard 0.375" 30 degrees
Front Sight Dovetail on all models is Standard 0.250" 20 degrees

The recoil spring life should be closer to 1500, per the Para owners group.

The factory recoil spring should be 16lbs, and can be replaced with spring 42216 from Wolff.
