Have an older P-14 that I want to upgrade sights on. Looking for fixed sights and will need the front dovetail cut done. Give me some suggestions as to sights and someone to do the work.

I like XS sights http://www.xssights.com/Products.aspx?CAT=8224 I'm not in your area so I don't know the gunsmiths. The XS big dots with the tritium in front and back GTG.
