THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
The pistol I'm being given is supposed to be fairly reliable but has some minor extractor problem.
Which Wilson Combat extractor is the one I need?
Should I get Wolff Springs to replace all the others?
Any other recommendations?
Thanks!

The Carry12 is a discontinued item. They are also LDA instead of single action. It should be using a Para Ordnance "POWER eXtractor", so a standard aftermarket extractor will not work. You will have to get one from ParaUSA, or you can convert it to use a standard 1911 extractor (AGT? EGW?) Replacing the springs should be an automatic routine when acquiring a pistol you don't know the complete history of. Wolff is the standard.
recommendations??? Shot the heck out of it and enjoy!

Ahhh you are correct sir, I could have sworn I read that the Carry-12 was one of the last to use a standard extractor. I downloaded the user manual though and found that it does indeed already use the power extractor. Thanks for the info.

EGW made the conversion part that allows Power Extractor equipped Paras to use standard extractors but I can't find it on their website now. Brownell's carries a conversion made by Millenium Custom II. Link is here.
