I have a p14 that I rarely shoot. Is there a conversion for 45-10mm? I am thinking 40-10mm would be easier with the same bullet dia. I want to do something diferent with it and want in on the 10mm goodness.

You'd need a new slide. Easier to get a P16.

You need a 40s&w slide, barrel, ejector and slide stop. See if you can find a complete Para 40 slide barrel set and have barrel teamed out to 10mm.

Dont forget about a stronger recoil spring as well.

10mm? Or 10mm performance? Steel frame P14? Convert to .45 Super. Ramped barrel means just a spring set (main, recoil and firing pin) is needed to convert. 22-24# mainspring (hammer), 24# recoil with matching firing pin. An EGW firing pin stop with small radius on the bottom will also slow the slide.

With this, no need for heavier recoil springs and you should be fine with standard ACP loads.

It is best to reload for Super, Starline makes brass. N350, Blue Dot and AA9 are all good.
