Throwing a turd in the punch bowl from what I've seen above.
Got the center one today. Going to send it off to have the barrel threaded and then Form 1 a can for it.
Yes, the serf tax will be moar than the pistol.

2nd post in this thread in a week. Came across this locally for less than half what it would cost to buy new and install the same parts on. I'll be adding an ambi safety (lefty) then shooting the shit out of it in USPSA Single Stack.

The serial numbers match.  My best guess is that it is an early 90's vintage.  This side of the slide shows where the gun has really suffered some abuse.  The gun had a serious rust problem in the past.  But it does shoot very well, this is why I am putting the money into it to make it pretty.  With the pitting and rust damage, this gun will never have any value.

@MANIST got the gun back, the date code is KD

Was wanting a new carry pistol, came home from LGS with this Sig 239 SAS. Maybe a bit heavy for an 8 round gun, maybe a bit overpriced, but it is solid. I like it.

I've been on a handgun buying spree lately.

First up is a CZ P10C in 9mm.  That's going to be my new carry gun as I'm going to retire my Glock 23.

Next up is a Tristar L-120 in 9mm.  This is a clone of the CZ-75.  It has a alloy frame and uses CZ-75 magazines.

And finally Boys and Girls, I bought a SCCY CPX-2 9mm yesterday.  That's going to be my car gun, so I will always have one with me.  I rather like the feel of the trigger, but that long reset will take some time to get used to.

CDNN has CZ75 mags on sale from time to time. I bought a 19 rounder at a good price for my EAA Polymer Witness clone and it has worked well. The Mec-Gar mags work also.

I've done a lot of business with CDNN.  The 2 mags that came with the L-120 were made by Mec-Gar.  I've already picked two more Mec-Gar mags for it as you can never have enough magazines.
