Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Q: 1911 Sights, Which ones?

O.K. Guys, Gals, rodents, etc...

I am working on my 1911. I am open to other suggestions as far as sights go but so far like these two:

The Heine Straight-8 Night Sights &

The Novak (Two Bar) Rear sight with a Wilson Nite Eyes Front Sight

Any ideas how these two compare. I would like a sight that I can acquire targets rapidly. Aside from that, is there one which seems to allow for  better target acquisition??

never tried Heine but I do luv the Novaks, cant go wrong with either
