Cannot remember what I sighted mine in either. I want to say around 15 yards. Sight it in for how far you will normally shoot it is best I can say.

50 yards if you can. |

For 9mms, 115-124 +p and +p+, use 10 yards. Will be on again at 50 yards and 6-9 inches low at 100.

in general, if it is a pistol for USPSA style competition, I like to sight mine in an inch high at 25yd... for a hunting pistol 50yd, depending on caliber
