I thought he was talking about point of aim to be honest... I aim my pistols on target at about 11o'clock when aiming rather than what I call a 12o'clock sight alignment hold. It's more natural to me when aiming to aim as I do but to each his own... But I now realize he was talking about holster cant. Of which all of my Comp-Tac holsters have at least a 15* cant... or more. And all are IWB and worn at 4o'clock...

BladeTechs older UCH model had two sets of holes for the belt loop, one was for FBI 15 degree cant and the other straight up and down. I had never carried any other way than straight up and down so that's how I set up the holster. Years later I was cleaning the holster and decided to try the FBI cant option. I couldn't believe I hadn't been carrying that way the whole time
 It seems much easier to conceal and draw from...that slight angle makes a big difference.
