The reach to the activation button is a bit long...that one went on a long gun.

I cracked three glass lenses before I was able to get one pressed into place.  I'm afraid I have no good news for you unfortunately.  The only way I found was to get that negatively wired pill and I feel like I was lucky to come across one.  Wish I had better news to share and good luck.  I love these lights and this one is going to die with me.

EDIT: i wanted to add one thing.  Some people say they were able to reverse the batteries in their units and then use a standard P60 drop in.  I tried and tried this but it never worked with my light.  I have no idea why it seems to work for some and not for others.

Malkoff devices makes several drop ins for the P60-P61 Surefires. I used one in an M951 and it worked great. I picked one with a nice tight beam, color temp can be picked. I used same head in my 6P, and the flood in my G2. Which model do you have? I'm surprised CPF didn't point you to him.

@Rick_A that's a nice looking CZ, I still need to get one some day.

The TLR-7A is what the TLR-7 should have been from the beginning.

I still do like the O-light PL-Mini's for the price I paid, but they're now mostly religated to my .22 and non-carry pistols.
