$250 is a good price. Just look it over good. Make sure the cylinder locks up tight but I can't imagine it wouldn't with 30 rounds through it.
I would buy it.

Where is it located? I should inspect it to be sure you dont get taken advantage of.

Congrats

I pick up my very first J frame with internal lock about a month ago. Its a 642. And it every bit is nice as my older J frames M37 M640/357mag,M649/357mag,M640, M637-1
Im not even worried about the internal lock.

I bought a MP 360 with internal lock. Not crazy about the lock but I have not had any issues with it, even shooting .257 Magnums.

Great deal on a very usefull gun. Only thing that I would replace is the current boot grips if you use speedloaders. If not don't worry if they fit your hand. The issue is that the current boot grips made by Smith oppose to the orginal Uncle Mikes boot grips can tie up/interfer with a speedloader if used. I bought a 442-1 Pro (cut for full moon clips/speedloaders/loose rounds) last summer and love mine.
