My shooting buddy came over this morning with his new surplus Hi Power he got from Aim.
He liked the one I got so much, that he decided to get one of his own.

We cleaned it up and oiled it. Then went out back to try it out.

Click, click, click.....it would not fire.

Took out the firing pin.  One third of the firing pin was ground off.
What was the purpose of that? Some sort of training pistol?

Put my firing pin in his pistol, and shot about 150 rounds through it.

They filed the firing pin down to make it fully automatic.
