Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Browning HP Identification

Looking at a Browning on GB that has the inscription "Browning Patent Depose" and serial number T184760 on barrel, slide, and just above the trigger. According to the Browning website the serial number is a T series 1967 model. Can anyone give me any history on this model? Is it a clone? Thanks!

It is not a fake. Buy it if all possible. The T series are some of the better years.
