This Hi Power is from the latest small batch that AIM was selling for $360.  I've been trying to figure out what model this one is but not having much luck.

The serial number is 318XXX.  It looks like there is a T in front of the serial number on the frame but there is no T on the slide or barrel.  Also the text of the serial number is not flush.  I don't see any proof marks on the frame but did find the pineapple mark inside the slide and on the barrel.  The barrel is also marked 9x19 NATO.

There is a star of David on the frame and also on the barrel.

Any ideas?  I'm thinking its either a late T series or an Israeli mix master.  I'll take it out to shoot next weekend.

I REALLY wanted to pick up a couple of these for projects!  Hopefully they'll throw some more up, but I'm not betting on it.

Geeze those are some rough looking BHP's. There is one person on Ebay who has tons of BHP parts listed. I suspect this is the source of his parts. I was in need of a recoil spring guide and bought one he had listed. When it arrived it had surface rust and need to be soaked in penetrating oil to operate properly.

Mrk lll upper on a T series frame. Its a mixmaster but do what, if the gun could talk the stories it could tell.

+1 on CDI HP's.    If you take your time you can find a great one.  I got a nickel plated one that was all matching and in great shape under the nickel.  Just had to bead blast and parkerize it.  Looked new when I was done.
