Why is it some of the Baby Brownings I see are worth close to $600 and others are going for around $300? What makes one special?

I'm curious also.

It is the only .25 I want.

I haven't looked at them in a long time but condition and accessories seemed to be the main factor in price. The ones I saw in the 300 range were usually in rough condition. The only one I recall seeing that I would call rare had a nickel finish but I am no expert on them.

Yeah I can't seem to figure it out either, any Google searches just turn up Gunbroker ads.
