THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
Picked up a nice FM Argentine Hi Power from bondo here on the boards. Added a MKIII ambi safety...and a set of Craig Spegal grips.....voila. Concealed Carry Goodness!

$350 for the pistol with 6 mags, and box
$80 for the grips
$50 for the safety
$480 total invested.....

How in the hell did I miss out on Hi Powers for all these years?????

Sorry for the crappy cam pics but you get the idea

Sexy.

I'm debating my next 9mm purchase and right now it's between the hi-power and the CZ75. These pics sway the balance in favor of the hi-power.

Did you have to do any fitting to the safety? I have a argentine I picked up for 250 from a buddy and wanted to add a factory browning safety.

Nice. My FM is my favorite firearm. Fits like it was made for me.

Good looking FM. I need one of those safetys for my new FM.

found the safety on Egay of all places. Think it was $50.

Pics do not do the grips justice. Beautiful grain and color that did not come across in the pics. Spegal grips are awesome

Hi-Power is slimmer in the grip area which for me equals better egro's. The CZ's remind me of Berettas.

Well have a nice update!

My Milt Sparks Watch 6 holster arrived yesterday. Well worth the wait!

Nice. My FM looks very similar but it came with the MKIII style safety from the factory and I have Navidrex (sp?) grips on it (around $30 from Brownells when I bought them). I've cut down the ring on the hammer so its profiled similar to a high cut spur, no more hammer bite. Mine was $279 new several years ago, well worth it.
