It’s done. Meprolight Sights, LOK Matrix Grips, Cajun Gun Works SAO upgrade, Metallife Hard Chrome on slide and barrel. Cerakoted frame from OReilly Customs(local place) Waiting on JM Kydex holster.

Put some new grips and some Dawsons on mine today:
  Pardon the schmutz on the rear sight  I literally just finished banging it in and reassembled it, and didn't wipe it down first:  ...and the roll pin holder worked until it didn't  Edit - grips are Lok Palmswells, the trigger is the #5 (x-large) trigger from CGW...and it now fits my XL-sized hands very well! |

Picked up a used P10C for $325. No box, and one 10rd mag, but I've got plenty of mags. So it will be a dedicated range mag.
ETA: Gun shop let me know the guy who sold the gun did bring the box in a week later, so I got the backstraps I was looking for. He kept the other 10 round mag though. Oh well, for the price, I ain't complaining.  Attached File |

I see a lot of threads in here on P-01 vs PCR… so I did the logical thing.
Cajunized P01 was added to my daily carry Cajunized PCR. It was on the gunsmiths bench the day after i ordered it and a total of 1 week from ordered from Cajun (in stock) to delivery.  -Mike |

Very fortunate to have some good friends. I have three Shadow 2's and wanted to play in USPSA Carry Optics this year, but didn't want to have to buy new OR guns. Buddy hooked me up with some factory OR slides that were roughly 1-2k rounds used, and saved me a bunch of money. So my match Prod gun stays with irons and my practice gun and spare gun got the OR slides.
