Pick one.

I've gotten rid of all G19's so I need a compact 9mm - its going to be a CZ

G43 is my carry gun and the G17 is the range queen.

The answer to 99% of all questions regarding which pistol should I get for . . . . .  is

Glock 19.

Of those choices, P-10. If you had said a regular P-01, I would have voted for that.

P-10 even though Ihave never seen one let alone held one.

Why p01 omega? Why not regular p01?

Well, since the P-01 Omega does not actually exist, I have to go with the P-10.

Actually, for a house gun (concealability not important) I'd probably go with the P-09 or traditional CZ-75

I chose the P-01 Omega because I love my P-01, I love metal guns, and I love DA/SA with decocker.
That being said, it might be VERY difficult to find the Omega model unless you're very vigilant and willing to pay a premium.

A whole ONE on Gunbroker when I checked last night just for grins. As said above, you have to keep your eyes open and prepare to pay a premium. For the money I would rather buy a P01 and send it to the CZ Custom Shop for trigger work.

There's a P-10 on gunbroker.

Ever thought of getting what they call the sp01 compact? I would get that over the p01 omega.

I am guessing that is going to be a steel framed version. I would rather have the alloy frame P01 for weight savings in a gun that might be carried. When I checked I saw that the P01 and the P07 were almost the same weight.

How are you liking your P09?

Anyone who has actually been trying to buy one for the last 2 years.

They "exist" like a lot of CZ offerings, more in theory than reality.  Every CZ dealer in town has been trying to get one since they were announced.

I would go the P-07 if I was going for a CZ with an Omega trigger setup.  The P-01 or 75D are great but I would not get an Omega trigger if I were going this route.

I have a P10C and have wanted an Omega for a while.  The P10C was available where I have not found an Omega.  I had a 75B compact with the rail that some refer to as SP01 compact.  For me if I wanted an all steel pistol with a rail I would just go with the SP01.  I want the Omega for the new flatter trigger, newer style hammer and better rear sight.   So far I'm really happy with my P10C after a little work.  David

P01's and the Omega trigger system have been out for awhile.  They work.  There are lots of parts for them and some good folks doing custom work on them to make them better, if you feel the need for it.

The P10 is new.  Never buy a new anything until it's been out a year or two and they get the bugs worked out of it.

You might get lucky and get a P10 that works great and never has issues.  Or you may get a pretty typical example of a machine that fails due to unforeseen operating conditions the original design did not take into account.
