What are you guys using to stone and polish the action?

flitz and a dremel or?  Are you using a stone on some parts, ala a knife sharpening stone?

I have a dremel but hardly ever use it for polishing. I have the Norton Hard Arkansas ultra fine 4 pack set from Midway and use them all the time. For some irregular shapes and where the stones can't reach i use sand paper in 800-2000 grit range.
