I had them widen the rear sight notch to .135" (stock was .120"), install three-dot Trijicon tritium (green front/green rear), and place an orange ring around the front lamp while leaving the rear lamps blank.  They also blacked-out the factory luminescent dots on the rear sight.   Total cost was $203 with return shipping, and it was just under 3 months door-to-door.

I don't know if I'd still go the custom route with the new CGW night sights on the market, but I'm still happy with how this turned out.
