The 11 pound spring seems best geared towards lighter factory loads or a handloader. Although I have a handloading press, I'm curious if anybody has found some good quality ammo that is on the lighter end of what you'd see come from the factory.

Not a speciality reduced recoil load - just something that runs softer on average.

Any of the bulk UMC/WWB 115gr. stuff is actually pretty soft.

Otherwise you could look at the Atlanta Arms 147gr. stuff or anything that says 'minor power factor'

I have used the Stand 1 stuff. It was pretty inconsistent.
