I was about to post a thread because a local store (Deguns) has 64 in stock at 589.99.

I'm not sure whether I should layaway or buy outright.

I guess it's a good time to buy CZ, plus it will allow me to get started on my project.

Dammit Maynard..........

That price was too low to walk away from and that's the 2nd CZ this week.

I wonder if the low prices have anything to do with the Shadow 2 coming out?

What's the projected price point for the Shadow 2?

Based on czfirearms.us and the Brian Enos forums and the MSRP's in other countries' currency probably anywhere from $1000-$1500.  Given that it will be all the rage in June when it comes out probably more like $2000 or so until supply catches up with demand.  However, that could take a while...

I'd be all over this if it were the tactical model. Haven't seen one of those in weeks.

Work kept me from shooting mine after it came in for a week. I took it to the range and fell in love with everything but, the trigger.......Was that trigger slap? It was damn painful after about 200rnds

Maynard.....How tough is the trigger swap evolution? Didn't you go SAO with yours?

Is your finger getting pinched in between the frame and the trigger while shooting?  If so, consider a thicker trigger like the old 85 style if you want to keep it DA/SA.
