saw one at the gun store monday.

I liked the feel of it, reminded me of my 1911 / 2011 guns

used to have a CZ-75, liked it, sold it for some other thing

Thinking about buying one.

How do you like yours ?

it's a pretty sweet shooter and manages recoil well. capacity is good and there are aftermarket parts available from CZ Custom and cajun. if the price is right I say go for it.

Shoots almost as soft as a .22

Stupid accurate also.

Get one.

My P09, so far, has been 100% reliable.  It is also more accurate than my Glock, XDM and M&P pistols.  It seems to shoot the lighter bullets better.  So far, mine shoots it's best groups with 115 grain bullets.

I like the 9MM P09 well enough I bought a .40 S&W P09.

I switch mine over to the safeties so I can use them like my 1911s.

mine is in 40 S&W. The other day I ran across to new P-09 magazines in 40 that are 16 rounder's instead of the normal 15's  Great feel and works every time.

Cool

I keep my DILLON XL650 setup for 40 IPSC loads, so 40 is what I'm thinking about

I love mine.  When I was working at a gun store, it was my carry piece.  Now it does home defense duty.  Almost as accurate as my SP 01 Shadow SAO.

I stopped by another gunstore monday, and looked at one again.

Also looked at the P-07

I like them both.

Most accurate pistol I own.  I can pop clays at 100 yards and I'm not the greatest handgunner.  It's currently sitting in my nightstand with 20 rounds in it.  Gives me peace of mind.

Here is a target from today.  I haven't shot this gun for months due to shooting a .45 in bullseye matches this year.

The p-09 is the most accurate 9mm I've owned and I've owned a pile of them.  The only other pistol that shoots as well is my sp01 phantom, but the decocker trigger takes much more concentration to shoot well. It's big, but I don't have a holster so it rides in the truck or in a bag on the ATV.

I don't have one yet, but after holding one I was surprised at how well it felt. For a big handgun (not always good with my medium sized hands), it really worked well. It's top of my list to get now.

Picked it up tonight, changed the decocker to the thumb safety

Added these MEC-GAR +3 base pads that I used to have on my M&P40c, and my TLR-1s

I LIKE IT

I have no idea what you just said

....English, please

I like 40, because I shoot USPSA-IPSC Limited division, and my Dillon XL650 is usually setup for 40

I also have access to as much 40 brass as I need.

It's just easier for me to stick with 40,  I really don't care what the ARFCOM "me too" crowd thinks.

My M&P's and Glock, also 40

Powder coated bullets? I use the Lee 175gr TC in 40 myself, powder coated.

Nothing wrong with 40SW, so if you're happy, rock on, good czoice, very nice sidearm sir!

Urban youths like to say "Glock fotay wit da beemz." Sometimes it will be Hi Point or some other brand, but it's always a .40 and always they want to put a laser (da beemz) on it.  So whenever I see someone buy a gun chambered in .40 S&W I assume they want "da beemz" to go with it.

ok

thanks for the explanation.

I don't hang out with urban youth

when I started shooting IPSC, in the early 1990's,  it was with a 45ACP 1911.

then the hicap 1911's showed up, Para, STI, SVI.

The rulebook said 45 and 40 scored "major" power factor....9mm scores "minor"

everybody started running hicap 40's for "Limited division" ( no optics no recoil comps ), and it kinda stuck.

If I ever try production division, I'll probably start loading 9mm on the XL650,  but for now, it's easier to just load 40's

I loaded up 1000 40/180 yesterday between Easter Family stuff.

I see "urban youths" every day at work, but the only Glock they see is on the perimeter officer's side. Maybe they like lasers, but they STILL can't shoot worth "beanz"....

took a bunch of fo-tay's out today

CZ shoots very nice, especially for a stock gun

i guess this is why I like it,....it reminds me of my custom STI IPSC blaster . . . .

It was a fine day
