Yep, came off and hit me in the face. Has any one had problems with the CZ Custom Tactical Rear Sight?

Yeah, CZ custom built the gun. Ill give them a call this week and order another.
It was a bummer, thats why i went with a fixed rear sight for reliably.

I have heard of those sights breaking. When they are installed it has been suggested that some material should be removed from the bottom side of the sight. This is so when the sight is installed, the top of the slide doesn't put pressure on the underside of the sight causing it to fracture. I have the same sight which I installed this way years ago with no problems.
