Are the issues with 40 version of the P07 resolved with the 2014 model?

Mine is a "DUTY" P07 in .40 S&W.  

I'm curious what problems they had.  MIne is great.  Inspired me to buy a P09 in 9MM about a month back.

It outshoots the Glock, XDM and M&P pistols I have.  Has function perfectly so far. Has a better trigger, etc.  Just curious, in case mine starts acting up at some point.  Thanks.

I read that some were having trouble returning to battery and bulging issues.
