Has anyone else experienced this?

Loading 15 results in an easily to seat mag, loading 16 however requires the Hammer of Thor to get the mag to seat.

FWIW its a "B" serial number gun.

How new are the mags? I had a 19 round mec gar CZ75B mag that only took 18 until I broke it in.

Yep.  Don't force them.  You don't need more than 15.

They are brand new. I put 400 rounds through the gun yesterday switching between the 2 factory mags.

I only ask because I've never had that issue with factory CZ mags or MecGar mags before. It's my new CCW and yes you are correct, 15 is enough

Do you have 15 or 16 round mags?  both exist the new guns as of this year ship with 15 round mags at least mine did.

They are great guns.  It's the only pistol I traded, and wished I still had.  Remarkably accurate and ergonomic.

I'll probably get another before too long.

I got it this year and both mags are indeed marked 16.

For anyone that's on the fenced about buying a P07 I gotta say I am very impressed with this poly gun.
Awesome single action pull right out of the box. I shoot it almost as well as my tuned up 3gun SP01.

Its my new ccw and I couldn't be happier with the choice.

I use a Lula Loader and it is still difficult to get that number 16 in the mag.

getting 15 in sucks, getting 16 is impossible

I got two 9MM P09 magazines and one 9MM P07 magazine last week.

Now, I thought the two 19 round magazines were tough to get loaded.  I grabbed my uplula to get the last round in each one.  The 16 round magazine wasn't as hard to get that last round in and I loaded it without the uplula.  I'm letting them sit for a few days and I'll try them out next weekend (at least that's the plan.)

I used mine in competition and loaded them to 16 rounds.  I then proceeded to slam them home every time.  I still never found what went out of spec, but every single one had to be replaced because they started sticking and would not drop out.  Granted, this was after about 3000 rounds; still not good.  I now load them to 15 and have not had any other problems.  Of note, the previous ones were the blued ones, not the newer black ones.  I am good with 15 in a compact. :D

Like most folks stated unless you have mechanical help that last one ain't going to happen

Same here, all three of my P-07 mags would never take the 16th round without forcing, even with an UpLula loader.

I can get 16 in mine pretty easily and the mag seats just fine, there is a still a little wiggle/give even with 16 in there. B series "old" style gun BTW
