Yes
Most agree the 17 rnd low friction mags are the best CZ mags. The 16 rounders are sometimes supplied as factory mags.

Dont have a range report on mine yet. Although the Mec Gars dont fall free as well as the factory ones. Not a big deal though.

Absolutely.

Pretty sure Mec-Gar is the OEM for CZ.

AFAIK, they are. Never had a problem with the 10+ that I have.

This is my understanding as well... Mec Gars run great in my 75 B

Flawless.

I prefer them for CCW on my P-01 because the metal baseplate is about 1/4" shorter than the OEM magazine with the rubber basepad

I'd use Mecgars in any pistol they were made for. Since they're usually less than factory I prefer them.

IMO, the best setup for carry is to use the metal baseplate from a USGI M9 mag. CZ and Beretta 92 mag tubes have roughly the same outer dimensions at the bottom, and you can often swap basepads/baseplates. I found that the baseplate from one of my USGI M9 mags matched the front contour of my 75 Compact absolutely perfectly when installed on a factory 14-rounder. Completely flush, like it was made for it.

I like those baseplates because when I do tactical reloads, I can use the meat of my pinky to push on that baseplate and push it out of the mag well and onto the ground for a speedy reload.

I have the two 18-round mags that came with my Phantom, and four Mecgar 19-rounders with the AFC. The Mecgars have problems dropping free about 1 out of 4 times.

In excess of 10k rounds through the 6 mags.

I only own one Mecgar and it has problems dropping free. If it has any rounds left in it it will but an empty mag just wont drop free. Even with oiling it doesnt help.
