I picked this Star BS in 9mm/P up today. It came with four mags and box/paperwork. I've $150.00 in it.

It's in very nice shape and looks to be made in 1980. Interarms marked slide.

They quit producing them in 1983.

I thought the gray park (?) on blue is attractive.

The best thing was the two extra mags because they can also be used with my 9mm Largo Stars.

I've always found that the longer the bullet the better as far as ammo in the 9mm/P / Largo mags. Some of the flat profile bullets will nose dive in the mag.

I use 124gr Canadain surplus in them and never had a issue. Wolf military classic 115s work well too.

NICE!

Star's are great little pistols.  I have a B I use as my beat up gun.  I've gotten the poor thing screaming hot, it's just takes it.

That one is especially nice! Great price too LOL!

I do that before I buy any older weapon.

It would not matter much as I have a bunch of Model B spare parts.

Star used to package rebuild kits years ago (sold through Interarms) and I was lucky enough to pick-up a few. Darn parts are like gold these days.

I can't quite figure out the finish on the "parked" parts. Looks sorta like that odd finish H&R used on the USMC .22 semi auto training rifles.
