Just finished with my American Classic 1911. American Classic Commander 1911, action, trigger, all completed by me. NiB-X slide and barrel with Nitromat frame done by WMD Guns in Florida. Custom grips done by Hakan Pek from Norway.     |

I'm guessing "lipstick on a pig". Probably coming from someone who has never touched a Metro Arms 1911.
OP nice looking 1911 I hope you enjoy it. I have a hard chrome AC commander and love it. I changed out the extended slide release for a standard one also. David |

David This is my 2nd 1911 WMD coat, I have a Springfield A1 I did too, but once I put 1000+ rounds down range on my Metro I was so impressed I just wanted to trick it out even more. |

I got the Metro MAC 1911 Bobcut, I've only got 50 rounds thru it so far, but its a hell of a nice gun for what I paid. $625. They claim to be all hand fit, and it shows. So many guys miss out on hella nice guns, cause they don't come with cool kids membership cards.

Edit: I was just looking at these, as I've never heard of them and man, oh man do I want that 1911 Classic in the hard chrome finish! What a beautiful gun.
