THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT  . I have looked for a factory replacement online but no one has any in stock. From the pictures online the plunger from a 10/22 extractor looks close but I can't find dimensions to be sure if it will work or can be made to work. I am hoping that maybe someone can tell me where I might find a plunger that would wit?

I would still be looking for the originals but you can make one easy out of a drill bit of the correct size.
