I've used USMG & didn't have any problems.
Don't know about FTF.

Here's another reputable dealer: http://www.practicalpage.com/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=16

I got mine from FTF Ind. last year. They had the best price I could find.

USMG is pricey, but they have quality parts and great service. My "new" hammer in my cobray parts kit snapped in half after 8rds, bad casting. Replaced it with a CNC hammer from USMG, no problems since.

I did get some parts from FTF through gunbroker. Better prices, but service isn't as fast.

I've done business with both and didn't have any problems. Both companies got back to me in a timely manner. At Usmachinegun, Michael Norman almost always answers the phone number on the website and he'll spend the time with you to make sure he gets you the right part. I have a semi-auto M11 in .380 caliber and it has been almost all but impossible to find magazines for this mini mac but Michael found me one. I talked to Michael Friday, stated that I didn't have any mags for my new toy, he found me one shipped it out the same day and its en route to be delivered today, not too shabby!

ETA: Edited for syntax and a correction.
