My thumbs. They are really easy to load by hand. I have arthritis and I have no problems with mine.

You can pull down on the side follower tabs with one hand and load with the other.

Someone around here showed a way to extend the tabs on the mag.

I'm looking for it but i don't see it.

No, that would work too. Someone here had a tutorial where they drilled out the tabs and put in a longer one.

It arrived in just a few days. Works pretty well I loaded 4 mags with. Going to the range tomorrow and will let others try it too. I think it was worth the money.

I have just used my thumbs. The mags are easy to load. You can also pull down on the tabs as someone else suggested. Also if you get the dual mag coupler don't crank it down too hard. The plastic mags bend quite easily, compressing the rounds in the mag ergo causing miss feeds.

If it hurts your thumbs to load it.....you could always use a empty 22 casing. It works for me after several mags.
