You can buy a whole MPA with the same features for about $425.So a used upper,probably $150-200.The mags value depend on what they are(steel,plastic?)You could buy a flat and make your own,or try Gunbroker or some of the other auction sites.

MPA sells parts too.The lower would be an ffl item if you ordered it from them. Ithink though theirs takes sten smg surplus mags which are steel.The original SWD and lenad,fmj ect used disposable black zytel plastic mags that split..MPA actually makes a good product.I think the lowers are interchangeable(mpa vs SWD ect) with the uppers on all semi only m11/9mm.
