Mini-Uzi is cooler.
Still beats a MAC, though. |

I would be all over one in the Sub $1000 range like white on rice. |

I saw an idiot do it once.
I didn't see the point and he had to wear a heavy coat all through dinner sweating while the rest of us were comfortable. Once again. I saw an IDIOT do it. |

Man that thing looks accurate. Ergonomics are fantastic. I can totally see the point in having one of these in semi auto.

Alright, a semi-auto Mini/Micro Uzi is cooler than a semi MAC.

No I don't own an UZI so can't do it. That being said, rather than roast you like others here are, I'm going to post a scenario where I think it would fit into a CCW program.
I myself carry a 1911 on my hip in an OWB holster. In the event of driving into the city through bad areas, I frequently will take another 1911 and carry it on my seat. Its very difficult to draw fast from the strongside hip while seat belted behind the wheel. But a second gun allows for very fast response time should you encounter problems on the road. Like stopped at a traffic light for instance. So if a person had the UZI as that second gun on the seat, it would not be replacing the easier to conceal 1911 in the holster, but it would give me 32 rounds of one handed firepower before the need to reload. That might be worth something right there if a person is traveling in districts with lots of gang violence and the likes. So OP I think the UZI could fill a role in CCW. |

I have been known to carry a full auto M10 while in North Dakota. It's legal out there. WI is handguns only currently. They used to make leather shoulder holsters for the MAC platform, but they are very pricey these days, if you can find them.

We're supposed to be tolerant of "gays" and other people with alternative life styles. But if some dude wants to CCW an Uzi everybody wants to hate on him.
Man if you can get away with that bad boy stuck somewhere on your body and use it in a hurry. Then that's cool! |

That would be so fucking awesome. Some punk comes up to you with a broken bottle or a straight razor or a similar joke of a weapon and you dump a 30 round clip of .45's in him in 1.5 seconds.
If that doesn't make you laugh never call yourself a gun nut. |

One big beef is ND's preemption law. It does not cover CARRYING of weapons. So individual municipalities can have their own laws restricting CCW. That, and the "public gathering" BS. My ND instructor told us that a "public gathering" is any group of 5 or more people gathered for a purpose. That pretty much makes going anywhere in public with CCW technically a violation, depending on who you talk to. Would still love to move back though.....but for now it'll just have to be visits to the inlaws. |

I agree with I live in MN which doesn't allow MGs or suppressors at this point, they also don't have Castle doctrine, which is also rather annoying, but their CCW law are much better than here in ND. North Dakota legislators need to pull their heads out of their ass fix this stuff. |

I own an UZI Pistol, but I would never CCW it only because the lawyers and the media would have a field day if I ever needed to use it. But then again, I carry a 14 shot Glock 40 with a 22 round mag for a reload.

Of course, we all know that justice is not blind in all jurisdictions. |

The fiancee wants a mini-Uzi pistol build to carry in her purse. Apparently it's a Jewish thing.

Can't say that I've ever heard of anyone carrying an Uzi pistol for CCW before, but to each his own I guess.
Looks like a cool collector piece though. |
