Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Great Customer service!!!!!

After 10+ years I finally had a magazine for my CW 45 crack at the juncture of the left feed lip and the spine of the mag. Called Kahr. They said mail it back. I did. Couple of weeks later I called to check on it. They said it was on it's way. Yesterday I got my new mag. Today I got another new mag. Called Kahr. they said no biggie, keep it. My lucky day!!! Thanks Kahr, just another reason I am a loyal Kahr Arms customer.

Free extra mag is nice, I've found when I had a early gen PM40 that Kahr has great CS.  Luckily my PM9 hasn't required any sort of love
