Does anyone know if the slide stop pins (not the slide stop levers) in the P380 and CW380 are the same?

They state that the “slide stop” is machined from bar for the P380 and MIM for the CW380.

However, the pin part of the slide stop is one of the most highly stressed parts in the entire pistol and they make a big deal here -

- about the slide stop PIN being made of ultra-high strength magical unobtainium.

So, are Kahr “slide stops” two piece assemblies with the same pins in both P and CW series, but machined versus MIM levers?

As far as I know, yes. This is one of the cost saving measures of the value series guns. Some people prefer to replace the MIM pin with the machined pin.

Although, it may be just the lever that is MIM vs. machined with the pin itself being the same. Why not call Kahr and ask them?
