Have a lightweight operator. Not a champion. Full size but labeled as lightweight operator.

It seems to have the 6 o clock hold. I'd like it to be poa/poi. Do I need to buy a new rear sight? I'd rather not put in an adjustable. Do they make a sight that is the right dimension? Is there an easy fix?

I had the same problem when I put different rear sight on my STI Spartan.  I ended up get a slightly taller front sight and corrected my problem.  I used this method in the link.
