What are my options? Is the slide cut the same as the Range Officer?

Your post says adjustable. If you just want a different adjustable sight, there are a lot.

Springfield TRP Operator uses a Bo-Mar cut, while the Range Officer (adj sight version) uses a LPA sight cut. The two are not interchangeable.
