I sent my stuff in around December and still haven't received anything.
I bought a Springfield XD-S .45 in December and have already sent it in for repairs once. Between that, their attitude on the phone, and the no-show promo I will not buy another Springfield Product. I have a $400 Glock that will run anything I put through it and have never had a problem. YMMV
