I was originally looking at a Colt then looked at some Kimbers ( I like the two tone) and after a lot of additional research I think I've decided on the Springfield trophy match in Stainless. My main question is related to magazines. All the research I've looked at says that a nice magazine is the most important part. The problem is that near me the Wilson Combat magazines are $39.99 !!! Is that really what I have to pay for a reliable magazine. With any handgun I own I try to pick up at least 10-15 magazines. Please help !!! Thanks

I'm not trying to cheap out too much, but what is the cheapest 7 round mag that is still reliable.

I buy Wilson Combat 8 round stainless mags. Flawless performance in any of my 1911s.
