Is 1500.00 a good price for the above mentioned in like new condition all factory acessories included? This has a bull barrel by the way.

Yes.  Loaded full rails go for 14-1500.  TRPs for often 1900-2000 from what I've seen.

The local SA dealer has had a new TRP full rail Operator for several months at $1999.

Its a lot of money for a "factory" 1911.  Other than extra weight, its no better than a standard trp operator. Definatly not $500.00 more.
