THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT I see many places to buy one for 4.5 inch model BUT none for the 3.8 model. I would also prefer a threaded option but will settle for a non-threaded one if thats all there is. |

You might want to try Pistol Gear
Send them a note to see if the 4.5 barrel will fit into the 3.8 slide and if they're planning on one for the 3.8 at all. The 4.5 would give plenty of room to do a thread on the front. |

the longer xdm barrel will fit into the xdm 3.8 slide. i DID NOT FIRE the gun NOR did i cycle any ammo but i did vigorously rack the slide many times(20), watching foe the barrel to slip or shift.
no issues. |
