Trigger, is the 681 a discontinued model?  Just searched the S&W page for it, couldn't find it?  Sure is a nice rig!

Thanks tucansam.  And, yes, the 681 hasn't be made for several years.
BTW, finally got the M27-2 Utah Highway Patrol back from S&W Performance Center...

My mod 10 HB it's been used and abused. The finish is worn but the trigger is smooth as glass. The more I shoot it the more I like it. I have owned this gun since new and it really has seen a lot of hard service!

That is exactly what I have been looking for... Do they make a Lady Smith chambered in .357 with an internal hammer? Small and lite but not one of those 13oz jobs that can't be used except for a couple cylinders worth.

Those Vaquero's are very nice looking. Great style for a deadly weapon.

So now I have to break out photos of the only single-action I own. And it's all your fault!

A sixgun for righthanders - Grover's Improved Number Five in .44mag.

I like Bisleys. This one roles nicely in the hand when you shoot it. May not be as pretty as a Vaquero but the grip is better for powerful cartridges.

while i really am a Colt man, i cant pass up a good looking Smith either...

just found this one at the local shop for $250 out the door...

buit in 1984(?) its one of the Policia De Investigacion Del Peru contract pieces that the ordered and then renigned on the deal...or so ive been told...

its in nearly perfect condition but with a light drag line and extremely minimal wear on the high spots...
