Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt Anaconda optic rail?

Hello all. I have a Anaconda that I like to take deer hunting and the current optic failed. So I decided to try a Vortex Venom (they are based in Wisconsin where I live and they have a lifetime warranty). Problem is my old optic used a Weaver rail and the Vortex uses a Picatinny rail. Does anyone have a recommendation for a new rail for my Colt? Thank you!

What ever you do don't pick a mount that will deface your Colt!  It is now a collectors piece.  It may be worthwhile to transition to a Ruger for fieldwork?
