Local Gander has or had, what appeared to be a nice Ruger GP100 4" blued for $400 this week.
Sometimes, they do have what seems to be a good deal on the random firearm.
Anyway, just wondering if I should pick it up, even though I already have a 6" and 3".

Sounds like you need it since you already have a 6" and 3". I'd buy it.

Is it the "38 special only" models?
they ran really cheap when I seen them.....
Almost bought one 2 years ago but, ended up finding a college kid that needed party money and sold a newly purchased .357 model for $325

I bought one in great used condition for $400 at my LGS. I sold it to my dad for quick cash at the gun show before I ever even shot it. If I found another at that price I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I like them better than a S&W. Buy it.

The fact that you can work on them so easily and take them apart for cleaning is worth any extra $$$$.

I wouldn't have walked out the door without that under my arm, used ones around here are starting to push 500.

Recently?  If so, that's one hell of a deal.

$400 for a 4" .357 in any flavor in this day and age is a deal.

Go for it!!!

I paid $275 for a 4" .38 blue half lug barrel version back in the spring. $400 for a 4" .357 is GTG if it is in decent shape.
