I picked up a pair of 7 shots recently from Amazon. Don't remember the manufacturer but found them during a simple search for "7 shot speed strips". As far as the pouches go what type are you looking for, closed or open? I have a custom court gun rig being made up right now for my 686+ and the maker (Jeffery Custom Leather) is accommodating the 7 shot speed strip.

Milt sparks makes a leather speed strip carrier that snaps on to the belt and is open top.
