Dammit. I've wanted a pre lock like that for years, but I could never find one for reasonable money. Nice grab, man.

Gotta ditch those awful grips.

Get some nice wood grips to look good on it, but hang on to those in case you ever want to shoot it a lot.  The synthetics are much more comfortable.

Nice gun, Pachmayr Gripper are some of the most comfortable to use grips ever invented, and certainly warranted on that gun, particularly with some hot loads.

Don't see to many of the 2" snubbies come up for sale. Nice score!

Very nice, Looks better with the Ahrends grips.

Pick up a set of Hogue compacts, I really like them on a K or L frame snub.

Nice.  I bought mine NIB box around '92 for $357- yeah, the shop had a sense of humor obviously.  I was carrying it while working in the swamps and around water so I decided to have it bead blasted and put a set of Hogues on it with the lanyard stud; yep, it's been wet more than a couple of times including several dunkings.  Generally it just got hosed out thoroughly with WD-40 and it's still rust free today.  I've still got the box, paperwork and original finger groove grips.

Very nice.  I picked a 2.5 inch barrel 686 a few years ago for $400.  I couldn't buy it fast enough.

That is the exact 686 I am looking for. What grips are you going to put on?

I passed on a 2.5" at a gun show couple years back in box, no lock, for $550.
Wish I would have snagged it now.

I actually like the hogues on 85Blazer's.    I do though.  For some reason stainless and black looks right.  And they probably make it really nice while firing.

Nice revolvers guys.
