Buds has a few MKIV Tacticals, but how can I tell if they're post-recall?

I just got mine from Bud's and it's the corrected post-recall model. Unfortunately for me, it looks like someone dropped my fucking pistol. Both front and rear sights are jacked up and the rear sight blade was broken in half.

Who cares if it's post recall? Buy it, register for the recall, and shoot it until they ship you a box. When they do, enjoy another gun for two weeks, and when it comes back, you got a free magazine.
