I was cleaning my Solo the other day and my hand must have slipped as I was reinserting the slide stop, it seems to have been put in behind (outside) the loop where it's supposed to go.  Now I can't get the slide to go back far enough to remove the slide stop via the notch (it's about a quarter inch short or the notch).  I messed with it for close to an hour with no luck.  Any ideas on how to fix this without involving Kimber or a gunsmith?  I sustained a serious injury to my left hand a few years ago, I basically have 1.5 hands.  I hay have overlooked something that I couldn't do on account of my impairment.

If it went in it will come out. I would use a punch and lightly tap it while pushing the slide stop down.
