Absolutely worth a try IMO! I don't have a HK45 but if I did I would definitely get a couple of those and see. At that price, even if they only MOSTLY work, that'd be good enough for range/training use, save the wear and tear on the "real" mags (not that HK45 mags are known for being beat up easily).

I have four of them they load and fire perfectly, however they are not drop free mags, they fall partially out but need to be pulled out the rest of the way. This doesn't really bother me for practice but I like drop free for competition. They will make fine practice mags and realistically I should not assume a magazine will drop free at all times so practicing the strip is fine also.
