If memory serves the O-ring is good for 15k rounds. Your new gun should come with a baggie of spares. Keep it lubed up and it should last nearly forever. I would look to HKParts for replacements.

I get mine from the O-Ring Store.
Pistol barrel O-rings They also have O-rings for Silencerco pistons 1x14mm |

Got the gun, looks great. it was dirty as all get out. i guess the previous owner LOVED grease. took a while to take it all the way down to clean it
